As you can see we have a rebellious 5yr old that does not like to take family pictures. So here is our family shot with my stubborn son in the backround.

Out to eat. Notice, no Luke again.We went to Oxnard this weekend with the Edmonds. They are our good friends from BYU back when there was only two kids between us. We are quite the scene now with 9 kids in total. Travis said we needed to start charging admission for all of the "stares" and entertainment we were providing for people. We had a beautiful day at the beach in the high70's, saw dolphins, went swimming in the hotel pool, ate at In and Out, and played at a pirate park just off the sand. It was such an ideal place. Taking 5 kids is anything short of a vacation, but we were with great company and that's all that mattered.

Mer, it looks like you had a great time!! We need to do this more often, maybe when things calm down a little more we'll do St. George again. Spea king of which, I am sending you those pictures right now!!!

That was so fun! I'm so glad we actually made it happen- that's a lot of people schedules to coordinate! We had such a great time with you guys. It was funny to look at all of us and think how much things have changed from our days at BYU.
ps- PLEASE take that picture down of us with the babies. YIKES- that wind did some serious damage to my hair!!
