Drew's 4th grade class Took a field trip to Yosemite. So Travis, me, Luke, and Drew all went up for it. We left the girls home to work on finals for high school, and Cameron at a friends. We had such a fun time writing bikes, hiking, and Travis and I even got to hike Half Dome!
We ride bikes with the Riemer Family around the valley floor of Yosemite!
While We were up there we got drawn to hike Half Dome. Liz and Jeremy drove up that day, to hike it with us the next morning. 19 miles later, and 48,000 steps later we conquered Half Dome.
This at the base of the Done. All those little specs behind me are people climbing the cables!
It was straight up and pretty stressful. Only one way up and down so traffic jams would happen and you would have to just stand gripping the cables till it cleared up. It was prett sketchy, but a pretty awesome accomplishment.
The bend is so steep you can't even see the side of the Done that you have to climb and go down.

We ate a huge pizza that night, showered and slept so good that night! We left at 5:30am and we're back at our camp at 5:15pm👍
