Marriott in Palm Desert

Travis has a big client who wanted him to come work out in Palm Desert (next to Palm Springs).  He told Travis if he came out he would put our family up in the Marriott Hotel for the night!  So here we are enjoying the warm weather in the Desert! It was hard to believe it was mid 80's during December, but it was nice!

 

Luke only agreed to be in the picture while doing a hand stand. Whatever.

In the lobby they have a boat that will take you on a tour of their grounds, or take you to their different restaurants in the resort.

That night we got a ride, and the driver let the boys have a turn.  Good thing we didn't get motion sickness because the boys were just steering in circles the whole time!

Once we got the kids settled down for the night in the room, Travis and I snuck out for a "little" dessert.  This dessert was awesome, I had to get a picture!

 

Travis went to work early the next morning, we went and enjoyted the pool.  Trying to check out by myself with the 5 kids was a bit crazy though. Let's just say I had to call security twice in 10 minutes for getting locked out of our room!

I left this on Travis's side of the bed when we got home. He worked so hard both days while we got to stay and play at the hotel!
